Ten or fifteen years ago my son bought some Kryomek minis and made his first attempt at painting. He was unable to get a result that satisfied him and my efforts weren't much better. Sadly, I was too tied up in my own world and didn't give him the support he deserved. When he left home to join the Air Force, his Kryomek figures went into storage with all my unpainted lead. Over the years I learned to paint a bit better and decided to complete the Kryomek project as a gift for my son. I bought additional figures when I found them on sale and have completed some of the human soldiers. The painting is still very basic but I think he will be happy to game with these.
